Its finally time for me to start

Up until this point, I've dragged my feet at the prospect of becoming a blogger. To me, it symbolized everything that I detested; a place for intolerant people to spew their brand of brainwashing propaganda and hatred; a place for party animals to display pictures that reminded them of the previous night; a place for disillusioned art-type-folks to post depressing poems or graphic drawings of who-knows-what.

Happily, though, I have realized that a blog is a great way for a person to allow others to vicariously enjoy the ups, downs, and weird twists of everyday life. I suspect that (assuming that I update it regularly) this blog will be a place for me to be intolerant of intolerant people and to share the strange, random thoughts that I suffer throughout the day. Unfortunately, my life consists primarily of mindless drivel which will be of little interest to the majority who come to peruse my ponderings.
